We just got done with some very awesome promo shows at West Jessamine Middle School (to over 800 students) and The Daily Grind

later in the day (where we saw some of the same students again). In accordance with our tradition-on-tour, we had all of the students from West Jessamine sign our silver tablecloth as a memento for the concert, and we got more signatures on it today than we've ever had in the past. Also, during the shows, we gave away 9 tickets, 1 or 2 of which ended up as only a half of a ticket because of the pile of kids diving for them. We're not quite sure what we're going to do at the show when only a half a ticket shows up at the door, but maybe we'll do half-price admission for each.

Tomorrow we will be making appearances at Solomon's Porch, FYE, and A1A. If you're in the Lexington area, feel free to stop by, listen, and say hi to us. We'd love to talk to you.

Well, I do hope that your stay in Kentucky has been enjoyable. Good old Wilmore ... yeah.
I enjoyed very much the 2 songs I heard you guys play in the student center last night. I kinda wish I had gotten there earlier. They didn't do an extremely great job of advertising you all. That will change if you come back, I'll do something about it.
My plan is to live in Nashville next summer. If that happens, maybe I'll look you guys up. I'd like to hear you all again.
